User flows
Map the important journeys, decisions and states from the user’s point of view.
UI & UX design
Useful design starts with what people are trying to do. We turn that understanding into user flows, page structure and interfaces, so the team can discuss how a product works before spending time building the wrong thing.

What we can work on
Map the important journeys, decisions and states from the user’s point of view.
Work out the content, hierarchy and interaction before polishing the visual detail.
Define layouts, typography, colour and reusable components for the agreed screens.
Connect the screens so your team can review the experience and give specific feedback.
These are possible parts of a project. We agree the deliverables, timeline and responsibilities with you before work begins.
How we work
We start by understanding the task, the audience and the constraints. Early flows and wireframes help us resolve structure before visual styling. We then develop the interface and review a clickable prototype together. Mobile behaviour, empty states, errors and accessibility are part of the conversation, alongside the main happy path. The agreed design can guide our development work or a handover to your team.
A useful first brief
Before we start
Yes. Design can be scoped as its own project, with the screens, prototype and handover detail agreed at the start.
Yes. A focused flow such as onboarding, finding information or completing a task can be a useful place to start.
We use flows, screen designs and clickable prototypes to make feedback concrete. The review stages and deliverables are agreed around the size of the project.
